I am a psychologist, which means I bring both clinical training and deep psychological understanding. I bring clinical expertise in trauma, eating disorders and complex emotional difficulties. The heart of my work is helping you feel safe enough to stop pretending and start healing.

Therapy with me is not cold or clinical. I offer a compassionate, grounded space where you can explore safely, feel deeply heard, and begin to make sense of the patterns that are holding you back.

We’ll work together to uncover what is going on beneath the surface. This will be at your pace and in a way that feels safe for you. I’ll help you build the insight and tools you need to move forward. You do not have to do this alone, and you do not have to pretend to be okay anymore.
